How do custom orders work?

Tell us your idea on the Custom Neon page — we send a FREE design mockup, you pick the size, approve the design, and we build and ship your sign.

How long will my sign take?

Production takes 3–5 business days after you approve your design mockup. We usually send your free mockup within 24–72 hours of your request.

What colors are available?

12+ LED colors including warm white, white, pink, red, orange, yellow, green, mint, light blue, deep blue, purple, and ice blue.

Are LED neon signs safe?

Yes — LED neon runs on safe 12V low voltage, stays cool to the touch, and contains no glass or toxic gases.

How do I install my sign?

Every sign ships with a hanging kit (chain + wall mounts) and a dimmer remote. Hanging takes minutes — no electrician needed.

What is the warranty?

12-month warranty covering the LED neon and power adapter under normal indoor use.

Can I return a custom sign?

Custom signs are made to order and are final sale, unless your sign arrives damaged or defective — then we repair or replace it free. Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days.
