SHIPPING POLICY — Prixyl Lights

Production time: Every sign is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days after you approve your design mockup. Your free design mockup is usually sent within 24–72 hours of your request.

Delivery (United States): 3–8 business days after production via tracked shipping. Free US shipping on orders over $99; a flat $12.95 shipping fee applies below $99.

We ship from Houston, Texas. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your sign ships. Custom signs are built to your approved mockup — please double-check spelling before approving.

International shipping: rates are quoted per order based on destination and size — we will email your shipping quote before payment.
