    Can I use my sign outdoors?

    Channel letters, light boxes and weatherproof builds are made for outdoor installation. Standard LED neon signs are for indoor use. Choose Business Sign and Outdoor above, and tell us where it will hang.

    How big can my sign be?

    Most custom neon signs range from 18–32 inches wide. Metal, acrylic and business signs are made to your size and can go much larger. Tell us where it will hang and we will recommend the right size. See the Size Guide.

    Can you make metal or acrylic signs?

    Yes. Choose Metal Sign or Acrylic Sign above and we will send a free mockup and a clear quote before we build anything.

    What if my sign arrives damaged?

    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and video of the sign, the box and the shipping label, and we will repair or replace it free.
